  • If you want low-carb, and I assume low-sugar, then Pure Protein bars are a good choice...and they have alot of protein as well. They help me satisfy my sweat tooth without alot of sugar. Low-fat cottage cheese with some sliced fruit mixed in (optional). Strawberries!! Part-skim Mozzrella cheese sticks. Good luck!
