Well I always put it in as circuit training. I would definitely recommend a heart rate monitor if it is within your means to purchase one. My heart rate monitor with the chest strap gave me a much better picture of the calories I burned doing 30DS, which ended up being much more than MFP estimated!

waffles, smothered in butter and syrup. Bacon and cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, eggs over easy with toast. well....that WAS my favorite Now its more like whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup. Turkey bacon, egg whites, and reduced fat cheese. But hey, nothing tastes as good as healthy feels :)

It worked for me! Unfortunately I lost my will power to stick to it during my vacation and threw it off for a couple weeks. But if you stick to it, do it everyday, and go full out, It really is a good workout. I am alternating that with Ripped in 30 so I don't get bored with the moves.

I'm the same height. I'm sitting at 142. I would be ecstatic just to enter the 130s again. I'm ultimately shooting for low-mid 20's and I'll be a happy girl! :)

I'm about 95% sure I have this...although it may be the one I gave to my mom (too far away to borrow it). At any rate, Monday I was planning on alternating 2 or 3 Biggest Loser/Bob/Jillian DVDs throughout the week to keep myself interested. I would love to start with you! 100 calorie packs of Blue Diamond dark chocolate flavored almonds. I thought they'd be chocolate COVERED when I bought them, but they have a flavoring to them that makes them taste like chocolate. Helps with my sweet tooth. Also, I eat sugar free chocolate pudding. Feels like I'm cheating but its only 60 calories.

I just thought I had to accept the Depo gain. I've been on it for almost a year now. I did gain about 10 pounds in that year, but in the last month I've dropped 5 by exercising and eating better. Can't wait for my yearly check up so I can show them that I beat it! :)

I was feeling all fit and advanced, then I start level 2 and I feel slow and cumbersome.
