Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, then Insanity, then joining a gym and taking HIIT classes with weights, then crossfit...now I do it all! Good luck! It was a progressive thing, and I'm still learning. I mostly joined crossfit for help with compound lifts, now I do those on my own.

Meh. I've seen her arguing about the body type BS on like 3 different threads here so I'm over it. It's clear she's desperately pushing it. Regardless OP, I'm reverse dieting after 100 lb loss and I'm looking to maintain then mini cut and then reverse again to help my metabolism.

Go see a nutritionist. Clearly you're basing all of your "scientific data" off of ONE person/website/book/whatever when there are countless studies that state a minimum requirement of 1200 for women. You're just going to cause metabolic damage in the long run. But to each their own, have fun with that.

I have done much more cardio these past two weeks than I had planned thanks to Pokemon Go LOL. Level 13! Finally got pikachu and all the starters. Annoyed with the amount of magikarps and caterpies that hatch out of my eggs?!?!

IIFYM = if it fits your macros. Set protein/carbs/fats. Eat whatever fits inside that macro allotment. It's helped me find balance, enormously. You have to find what works for you.

I'm 5'0" and I'm reverse dieting and continually losing weight at 1400 calories. I will probably lose weight once I hit 1500/1600 as well. 1000 calories isn't enough for your body to function at 100%.

Thanks! I do not, I dabbled with it a bit in the beginning, but I'm actually a vegetarian now - so I'm very high carb LOL. I never performed well low-carb so it wasn't sustainable, I just didn't like it.
