The smaller I get, the more noticeable my TOM is. I gain about 3 lb near it like clockwork. Lots of water helps me, but it's inevitable. I try to eat less sodium and drink lots of cranberry tea, but it still happens.

After a cheat, my weight has jumped as high as 5-6 pounds more the next day. Weight fluctuations are totally normal. I'm about 3 lb heavier near my TOM like clockwork. Drink a ton of water and stay on track and it'll go back down. Weight loss =/= linear.

I LOVE BPI 1MR. I only need half a scoop because it hits me pretty hard, but it gets me through even the most intense workouts, and helps me PR my lifts all the time. It's bomb.

Thank you!!! I stopped tracking and put on muscle for about a year, gained about 5 pounds. I'm counting macros and calories right now as well as intermittent fasting (5 hour windows) to hopefully cut around 5 pounds of fat to see how that shiny new muscle looks! ;)

There are good days and there are bad days. It's absolutely normal. The importance, if you fall if, is that you get back on. If you need a day to regroup, reflect, get yourself motivated again - DO IT! Take a day, eat a slice of cheesecake, and the next day get right back in that mindset of success. You can do it. :)

Exactly! Change your mindset, change your life!! Thank you!

FYI I have decided to return to using MFP regularly to record my macros, so feel free to add me either on here or on insta or both. :)

Honestly I would follow a solid heavy lifting program with cardio on off-days for a few months and not worry about the scale. Your weight may stay the same or even go up but your body composition will change entirely. I would work on strength with heavy weights, 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps. Free weights and body weight exercises…

Thank you so much! From the looks of your shirt, so are you! Thanks! Good luck! I know how tough losing weight can be with PCOS. Persistence is key!!! Everybody is in a race to lose weight very quickly, but the slower it's done the more sustainable it is. Slow and steady for sure!

Thank you! And you're welcome! It's been about 3.5~4 years since I started this journey. I joined crossfit for a brief 6 month period last year because I love trying new things. It was fun! And got me comfortable with lifting heavier weight and my form, which is what I needed. I now program my own workouts and go to a…
