The first 15 came off somewhat easily but it is getting a lot harder now! Staying motivated and avoiding temptations have been hard lately! Hopefully someone has some things that have helped them get over their slump.

Just got the one on my foot done...I was nervous but once I got the the one across the top done I had him go ahead and do a little one on the side too haha. Not quite as bad as I was thinking it'd be but it sure did hurt more than my other one!

hate to hear this...The one im getting tomorrow is supposed to go across the top of my foot. now I'm crazy nervous!!! the one on the inside of my ankle didn't hurt bad at all. tomorrow's gonna be rough :frown:

Me too! I want one on my side once I hit my goal weight but have a smaller one scheduled for tomorrow! CANT WAIT =)

I haven't added any extra calories for breastfeeding and my milk supply has still been good, however we are all different. I'd try only doing 300 and see how that goes if you notice a drop in supply at all you can just up your calories. I've also noticed that taking a multivitamin helps a lot! Good Luck!

I like doing crunches, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jump rope (minus the rope) squats, lunges, TRY push ups, and some easy very light weight lifting for arms. I like to time myself and right down how many I do so it challenges me to do more next time!

I've read several places that it is supposed to help with weight loss. I've been taking it (irregularly) and I've been losing weight but don't know if it has really helped at all. I've also read that it's supposed to help with joint health which is the main reason I started taking it.

That makes sense. It does sound like it'd be nice but i'm sure it would get old fast. I feel like i'm allllways hungry. Need to find a happy medium =)

It's weird how many people don't like meat...I couldn't go a day without it! It's also strange how so many people have a hard time eating enough calories. Wish I had that problem. Still considering trying a protein shake for after my workouts to see if it will help me stay full and possibly help kick my NEED for chocolate.…
