One of the problems with bras is that they don't fit everyone the same, just because you have the same size bra as someone else, you could have entirely different shaped breasts and body. I often have trouble with low energy and stomach. I rarely eat bread/pasta/wheat and it makes little/no difference to me.

I would really like to lose a stone, that would get me into a healthy BMI. I want to lose a couple of inches from my waist, then I will concentrate on my strength and fitness.

I don't like tea. My teeth are fine. I don't spend much of my time in the pub - but actually I would love to spend more time in the pub so that probably doesn't apply.

I want to lose 12lbs by my birthday in late May. I want to reach my target (which I have yet to decide upon) by my graduation - which isn't until Summer/Autumn 2014 so plenty of time, but I want to be proud of my photo.

I always have a cooked breakfast every Friday which is usually fine, but today I had fried bread which looked amazing, in reality it was overly oily, disgusting and not worth the calories and fat content :(

I want to manage to maintain my healthy eating for the entire week (always a challenge!!) I want to speed up my cycling commute and introduce some running I want to see my waist getting visibly closer to my goal!! Maybe a little vague, but they mean a lot to me!
