I freeze bananas and then put them in a food processor with a few chocolate chips and maybe a sprinkle of coconut and have banana "ice cream".

The cats get Healthwise for dry food, supplimented with Tiki Cat canned food (Ahi Tuna). I think my cats eat better than I do >.<

Would you be willing to share your current height/weight and eating habits? Most of the work toward becoming fit is in diet. You may be able to do a lot of weight loss just by changing the kinds of food you eat. Fruits, veggies, and sundry proteins are your friend!

Maybe try running instead of uphill walking? Humans are walkers by design and it's low-impact activity. Running works the muscles in your legs more than just walking. You might like the C25K program. I'm on week 6 day 2 tomorrow and my own woobly thighs are getting stronger.

When I went to the DMV to renew my license last July, my weight was off by 35 lbs. I had decided to be honest about my weight gain, but the lady at the counter asked if I just wanted 160 to be my goal weight instead of changing my license. That's what I did.

Normally I run indoors on a treadmill, so there's a compartment for things. If I'm outdoors, I hold my iPhone (mostly so I can switch songs on my workout playlist) and since my running clothes lack pockets, I have taken my car key off, locked the rest of my keys in the car, and then put my car key in my sports bra. I started at Week 3, since that's where I felt I was physically. Yesterday was the infamous Week 5 Day 3 and felt invinciable afterward - I didn't think I could run the whole 20 minutes, but I made it. I'm going try fitting in a free run this evening after work (or early tomorrow morning).

I'm in Westerville/Polaris area and work just down Polaris Parkway from where I live. I'm hoping to bring my bike up from storage so I can bike down to work - there are so many bike paths. I also love being close to two Metro Parks. I'm partial to Highbanks.
