Thanks to all of you for the support. I lost 1 pound this week. I was upset at first, but I'm NOT going to quit. I have felt better this week so that is something positive too. If I haven't friended you I plan on it. This is a great group of people.

You could try sugar free pudding with the kind of whipped cream that is in the can. I don't think either have many carbs if any. Good luck with your studying.:smile:
