I haven't tried them yet, but I keep hearing good things about kale chips. One recipe I saw involved kale, salt, and cayenne pepper. Sounded great and really easy.

Water, water, and more water! Also, I find a small amount of nuts (especially almonds and pistachios) help keep my stomach from eating itself in between meals.

I just try to plan ahead for the weekends a little. I'll eat 1400-1500 calories during the week, which is about my TDEE-20% (at sedentary) and not eat back my exercise calories. I'm a diet soda addict! I prefer Diet Coke, but I get Diet Pepsi free at work, so I probably drink that more. I also drink at least 8 glasses a day of plain old water. I just did my second workout of the StrongLifts 5X5 program last night, so I've now done all of the exercises at the starting weights. I consider myself a reasonably strong woman, but I couldn't complete 5X5 of the Barbell Row with 45 lbs (at least not with good form). I'll probably try 40lbs next time I do the rows. The…
