That is great to do it after 1 week. I did run the 5K, but I did it after 4 weeks of training. I am now running 5 miles 3x a week. Today I ran 5.58 miles. My next goal is to run the 10K. Keep going at it and you will be running it before you know it. You are a fighter!!!

That's awesome. I started off doing the C25K and I am in week 6 but doing 3.67 miles. Thursday I ran 3.4 miles in an hour and was super happy. Today I ran 3.67 miles in 54 mins. My next goal is 5 miles. I ran 3+ miles 3x this week and plan on doing it 3-4 times a week.

Yes we can. I am 253 lbs and just finish day 1 of week 2 C25K. I also did 15 mins straight on the treadmill. Let's keep doing for the big girls.
