Accountability, as we are all starting out take some before and after pictures. Take some pictures now, front back and side and save them in a file/folder somewhere safe. Do the same 28th of Feb and then post them up here 1st of March.

Very Good point and to illustrate that, wife started a juice reboot boxing day and has lost 5lbs, I started a fitness/smoothie/healthy eating plan and have taken and moved inches around. Both happy tho :)

W2D1 sorted. Felt good although shouldnt have done weights yesterday. Thought it might be a good idea to split cardio and weights. Not going to happen. Will do them both on the same day.

Please re read usmcmp's posts. She has a huge amount of knowledge and proof is in the pictures. Lifting weights will burn more calories for longer than cardio. Cardio is doing you some good, but when you stop so does your metabolism after a very short while. Have a read of this, it might help.…

Hey, completed week one today. Feel really pleased although tonight ran on the treadmill due to the cold. And this from someone who said he would never run again after leaving the army! That was two lifetimes ago.
