July 27th Me: 26 Binge: 1 So happy. This is the best I've done in a long time.

Bump for some great advice + links :)

Having chewing gum or water near me always helps.

Tess of the D'Ubervilles by Thomas Hardy

I don't usually mix it in, I just put a spoonful of pb in the middle and it melts through. Tastes lovely :)

I don't really see them as helping me to lose weight. They're just a nice tasting, zero calorie alternative. As long as you don't drink them in excess I'm sure it's fine. You can find something 'bad' with most foods anyway.

I keep a 750ml bottle with me. Drink 3 of those and you're over the 8 cup recommendation :) (which is about 2 litres). You can also buy litre bottles and just keep them near you all day, it's kind of a reminder to drink more.

Boyish, maybe a little pear shaped. I wouldn't mind being more athletic.
-
Push ups! Also you can do bench presses with heavy water bottles instead of dumbbells.
-
Add more fats? For example, if you have yogurt, you can sprinkle on some seeds (20g will add about 120 calories) or use a tbsp of oil when cooking (about 100).

At first I was hoping this would be a low calorie pizza! Yeah I've tried it, although it was called something different. I liked it. If you like the taste, why not!

English about 90% of the time. A little less when I'm actually in France.

Wow, thank you. I needed this today.

Maybe try prelogging/planning your meals and spread them out through the day?

I just looked at your diary, and you seem to be lacking protein and fruit/veg. Like insomniaddict said, it's a good idea to fill up on fruits and vegetables since they're low calorie & high fibre, so can keep you satisfied. Also, protein is very good at controlling hunger. I eat a lot more protein rich foods now and I've…

I do this! I log my meals beforehand and add any extra's as I go, it helps to keep you on track like you said.
-
Bump- I don't agree with some points on here (eg. the idea of 'dirty' foods) but it's a good outline.
-
Why not try splitting, for example 600 calories and 600 calories after? That way you'd reach a minimum healthy amount of 1200, 300-600 really won't help you in the long run. Good luck!
-
You can be unhealthy at any weight. Both the extremes obviously carry their own risks, but I wouldn't say either one is 'healthier' than the other.
-
Great, thank you! I've been looking for new vegetable-based meals to try.

Also, vodka & diet coke, bacardi breezers and smirnoff light are relatively low calorie. Weight…

I am :) I've been using the stationary bike recently though because it just keeps on raining here. I love cycling! Definitely preferred over running.

Sweet potato fries :)

This is so awesome. Seriously, well done

Donald Glover or Tony Leung

Thank you, I'm thinking melted parmesan would taste lovely :)

YES. I'm in college at the moment, and since all my friends were also my ex-boyfriends, since breaking up I don't have any friends at all. I sound like such a loser, haha. I do suffer from terrible anxiety and have always been naturally shy, I just find it impossible to move from talking in classes to actually being…

The recommended is 20-30 minutes 3-5x a week, if that helps

This one made me laugh! Mine was being stood up. (boring, I haven't been on many)

Personally, I don't eat the yolk because it saves calories (two large egg whites for 30-40 compared to two whole for 140) and I'm not a fan of the yolk. The cholesterol in eggs isn't bad for you though, only in really large amounts.
