  • I eat eggs for breakfast or lunch several times a week. I find I am less hungry at lunch when I eat them for breakfast. Nothing wrong with eating eggs just make sure you log them and anything else you put in them.
  • My plan is to eat what I want but stop when I am full and log everything.
  • when i hit a plateau i found that increasing calories by 100-200 and increaasing the amount of water i drink really helped. Also, I noticed that you are high in sodium some days. I wonder if you are retaining fluid from the sodium since you say you have lost inches?
  • I always keep a jar or two of pickles on hand. I love them and will often have a couple if i find myself craving a snack. I will also munch on a couple while fixing dinner. I find if I snack on pickles while cooking it keeps me from taking higher calorie tastes of dinner.
  • I always keep a weight watchers pizza in the freezer. That way if we end up getting a pizza I always have options. Depending on the calories I have left for the day and how many in the particular pizza we ordered I decide which one I want. Also try to order from pizza places that I can also get a salad at. I do on occasion have a day or usually just one meal where I eat some of the things I have been craving.I don't do it every week though. I don't plan it in advance.   • Thanks for sharing your story. It is stories like this that help keep me going as well. I was able to eat out at a restaurant after church today and not have to worry about asking for a table because I can now sit comfortably in a booth. Keep up the good work! :smile:

  • Add me if you like. I also have over 100 lbs to lose. I like that you set a goal for a year from now. So far I have just set smaller goals since I really don't know what would be realistic goals for a year. So far have lost about 10 lbs per month for last 3 months.
