I wouldn't waste my money. I tried it about two years ago and I did not lose any weight. The best way to lose the weight is through diet change and exercise!

My thought is: Why do you want to ruin all the hard work you did to lose that weight in the first place?

I have a cheat meal or treat once in awhile, if it's within my moderation.

I eat under my calorie count by quite a bit almost every day I workout, but not to lose weight. It's because I workout a lot. That's why I "upped" my calorie count to more than is really needed to lose weight. It's just hard to find 500+ more calories to eat at 7:00 PM at night . . . . I don't really feel tired or weak…

I clean the house naked too, but only when no one is looking or around the house!

It has to do with size! One inch of muscle weighs more than one inch of fat! :) In high school, I weighed the same as I do now. But, I'm smaller because I'm more muscular.

Are you anorexic?! You're looking awfully thin!

They say it takes 21 days to "break a habit". The only thing I can think to say is go cold turkey and replace it with something else. Perhaps try making your own cheeseburger?

Great job! I know how you feel! I grabbed three dresses that I wore 15 years ago and tried them on. All three were very loose! LOL! I'm thinner than I was when I was 19!

I've just fought the urge! It wasn't easy, but the way I did it was to tell myself to do it once a week at the same time each day. I love to have that "secret prize number" at the end of the week! LOL! The mystery makes it all the more enlightening!

I wouldn't worry about the "fit" people. Most of them are so busy exercising themselves that they won't even notice you. I'm one of those very fit people and I say good for you for wanting to make a change!

About 10 years ago, I went from having a highly physical job as a housekeeper, to having a desk job as an accountant. I didn't change my eating habits. Since I wasn't burning as many calories, I packed on the pounds. Before I knew it, I was 193 pounds! I started changing my eating habits a little, but didn't give up candy…

Hi Angie! I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy back in 2002! Unfortunately, I have had seizures if I go to the gym and work out "too hard." I'll be on one of the elliptical machines or stairclimbers and I'll faint and fall on the floor! The people at the gym (half the time) won't realize it's a seizure and think I'm…

Totally agree! I weigh now about the same as I did about 10 years ago, but have a smaller body frame!
