Buffets: my hubby and I always start with a full plate of salad and go from there, but then, we're RARELY at buffets. Most restaurants will give you double veggies, in lieu of "potato-sides".

I'm just starting out and I'm really excited! Feel free to add me as well! Although I can't do a lot of exercise yet (crutches for a few more weeks due to hip surgery), I'm more than happy to motivate! Let's lose weight together :)

I tend to lose during the summer. There's so much for time for community exercise classes, such as water aerobics and pilates. I keep to my hilly 30 min walk 5x a week. However, snacking is my downfall as fall. Keep it up everyone. We can do it! School starts soon so we'll all be back on our regular routine of starbucks…
