I am having the same issue. I hate the after taste of diet drinks. I can handle the diet coke with splenda in moderation but thats it. I have been able to ween myself off slowly by drinking water with all meals (you will not miss it as much when eating) and only having a can of coke as a treat and tracking it. After seeing…

I have to say Cinnamon. It can change a reg. cup of coffee into a treat. Also laughing cow cheese( I do not miss reg. mayo as much when I use it) and Wish Bones lite Italian.

yep...It sucks. I went off what I call my happy meds for fertility reasons. Recently I ( and my husband whom I almost convinced to move the TV to the bathroom) have noticed that dieting is having a better effect than the meds. Also staying hydrated in this weather helps greatly.
