Eat high protein earlier in the day, don't get too hungry, do something mindful each day like meditation, yoga or journalling, most importantly get adequate sleep. What's stressing you out? Mine's usually kids. I've identified when I'm most stressed and now have a snack in preparation.

Supplement with 2 scoops of protein powder - I have a shake everyday with protein powder, yoghurt, berries and almond milk. It gives me around 25g extra protein.

You can do this! Don't crash diet just be consistent. You have 10 weeks. Don't pressurise yourself too much - it'll have the opposite effect.

I wake at 6am and eat when I get into work at about 8.30am. I usually have porridge with fruit which gets me through until midday. I've tried 16:8 intermittent fasting but I find that I binge in the evenings.

I'm not doing it exclusively as there are some meals that I want to eat with my family - although these are healthy as they are based on slimming world guidelines which I've followed since January. I cut out diary around two months ago. I've been suffering ibs type stomach issues for the last two years - bloating, diarrhea, cramps. I was tested for all sorts but eventually was asked to do a food/symptom diary three months a go and it was evident that dairy was an issue. I also had a reaction to artificial sweeteners…

I saw a big difference from interval training. I've upped my cals so that I'm only seeing a minimal deficit from my TDEE. As a result I'm only seeing half a lb off every week. With another 30lbs to go it's frustrating as I know I could lose it quicker at a weightloss class but I've been there so many times and the fat has…

Maybe one day 'they" will create a diet just based on chocolate!! ;-) Try finding some sweet snacks that you can munch on instead - the obvious one being fruit - I'm really into cantaloupe melon at the moment. Yum!

I also have this problem and am 4 days into 30 days without sugar. I've been reading up and its seriously addictive. Am finding it really hard as I have such a sweet tooth but I'm fed up of undoing all my hard work simply because I have a piece of chocolate and then can't stop. How many cals are you having each day? I have…
