I'm 5' 3", lost 10 lbs this year and flucuate between 140 and 142. I typically aveage 2000 calories a day. I would be hungry on 1200 calories per day. Yesterday, I preplanned my daytime breakfast/lunch/snacks at 1315 calories for the day, with about 600 still to go for dinner. I had to eat more than the 1315 as I was still…

Hi - I also work 6 days a week and then have to come home and take care of my aging mom, clean house, husband, dog, bird, etc..... But, I still make it a priority to exercise. I usually get up between 5 and 5:45 and eat something light and then exercise. Most of my workouts are 30-40 minutes long. I have over 100 Exercise…

I know you can read books/magazines to get a workout routine, but I prefer workout DVDs as I like to "follow" a routine from the TV. It is just easier for me to do so and I prefer the convenience of working out at home. I began working out 20 years ago and learned about many of the weight lifting exercises with the early…

I started it November 1st! Love it so far!

4 to 6 times a week, usually 30-45 min average.

You have a lot going on and I know what it is like to not have a lot of spare time. I am currently trying to cut back on some of my tracking as it does get time consuming. I try to make it simple: Eat Average 2000 calories per day, exercise 4 to 6 times per week. I prefer shorter, higher intense workout and lots of…

This is something that I been wanting to try too. I will need to give up 35 calorie coffee creamer (3 cups per day) and wine. Oct 1: 142.5 Oct 8: Oct 15: Oct 22: Oct 29:

I made it simple for myself. I purchased a Bodymedia Armband, wear it for a 24/7 period from time to time and see how many calories I burn in an average day. I have no desire calculate every single activity from sleeping to sitting to standing to typing to walking to cleaning, etc.

I eat about 2000 calories a day, which is more than what MFP wants me to eat, but that is what I need to eat. I don't make it a point to eat back my exercise caloires burned. I measure my exercise calories with my Body Media Armband which measures much lower than what MFP says. I try to make it easy for myself, by eating…

I wear a Bodymedia armband to measure my calorie burn, and even with high intensity workouts, I'm lucky if it measures 200 calories in a 1/2 hour period. MFP usually wants to give me much more than that. But with my armband, I learned I burn 2100-2200 cal per day. So, I just make it easy on myself, eat an average of 2000…

I also get up between 5 and 5:45 to workout before work. But, I gave myself permission to do shorter workouts. You can get a good workout done in a short amount of time. Concentrate on quality, intensity rather than minutes! Then you can sleep a little longer.

Don't forget, WW doesn't count points on fruit and veggies, where calorie counters do count calories in all foods. If you eat 2 bananas on WW for zero points, that's about 200 calories on here.

I did the 90 day LMP Calendar and loved it. I still do LMP at least once a week. LMP Rocks!!

Hi - I work during the day so I bring my snacks/lunches to work. I eat almost anything and everything, but tend to eat the same core items: Snacks: Banana Oatmeal Almonds Kind Bar Wholly Guacamole (100 Calorie Pack) and 10 Wheat Thins (new snack) Shakeology Eat Part of my lunch Lunches: Portion controlled Dinner Leftovers…

I believe 1200 is too low. I average 2000 calories per day. What I recommend is you track your food and see where you are at now and gradually reduce. I started at 2400 per day and gradually got down to 2000 per day and lost weight. I also exercise 5-6 times a week and mostly strenght train. Eat clean 80% of the time. This…

I just finished the LMP program last week, and then I love it so much that I'm continuing on with their cardio hybrid program! I love all of their cardio and pump workouts!

Hi Everyone! I live in Vancouver, WA and love my exercise DVD's. Last year, I did a lot of ChaLEAN Extreme. For the past 12 weeks, I have been doing Les Mills Pump. This is my last week of it. This week also, I am starting Beachbody's Tai Cheng program as my flexibiltiy is terrible. After I finish LMP at the end of this…

I average 2100 per day, workout 5-6 days a week, mostly strenght. I lost 8 lbs this year, went from 150 to 142lbs. But when I started counting calories at the beginning of this year, I was averaging 2300 to 2400 calories per day.

My two favorites are ChaLEAN Extreme - This one concentrates on lifting heavy weights slowly. You typically lift 8 to 12 times with a heavier weight very slowly. This was my primary strength workout for a year. Then in May of this year, I started Les Mills Pump. This one you use the barbell and do hundres of reps. It is…
