Spent 2 month gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. I did Advocare in January and started Jillians' Body Revolution in February. As soon as I went to phase 2 of JMBR I started to break my plateau. I ate a little bit more and the more intense workouts helped.

I don't see an issue with logging housework as exercise. I clean (by clean I mean dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub toilets, wipe down windows, ect) my 3100 sq foot house once a week. My body is not "use" to it. If I spend 2 hours cleaning and I want to log it, I should be able to. Now I don't log my normal pick up toys at…

I sleep so much better at night but only if I work out. If I have my rest day I still wake up a few times a night. Weird, right?! I have so much more energy and I can focus more at work or on myfitnesspal (lol) I pee like 2 times an hour.

I think they are talking about skinny people that don't eat correctly or work out. I am much bigger than my skinny friends but I eat healthier and exercise. Just because they are "skinny" doesn't mean they are healthy. They could eat McDonalds every day and never have veggies....

They also work out 8 hours a day and eat 1200 calories. And these people are crazy over weight.

Find things that are high in calories but good for you to eat. Nuts, avocados, peanut butter, olive oil. I really like all of Jillian Michael's DVD's. Kick Boxing is great for toning as well

Well I know I couldn't do another 3000 calories on top of what I already eat. I would say spread it out equally through out the week. Good luck!

Keep doing them. When I started p90x. I could do maybe 20 in an HOUR. When I finished I was well over 167!
