Great post. I like the one about weight isn't everything. For me what really helped was doing measurements and seeing that while I may not have lost any pounds I lost inches. Gives you that motivation!

I think 5 days is great. I think you need at least 1 day of rest :)

Fitting in those FAVORITE pair of jeans from 4 years back and they look GOOD! :D

well crap I am at 8 pages now. HOWEVER, I have received 15 new friend requests and 6 personal messages thanking me. So guess its a pretty darn good day. Happy Friday, everyone!

:) That just means it really shows! Read somewhere that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks fro you close friends and family to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to. Must've hit that 12 week mark! :) Congratulations!

Well I guess I am rude one as well. It's just like that saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all" Guess it wasn't nice to say that you shouldn't say rude things. Point taken. Hopefully you got mine too :)

cottage cheese. ewwwww I am shuddering

I am ALWAYS hungry if I eat cereal in the morning. I have started to eat high protein foods, eggs and chicken sausage, turkey bacon or greek yogurt. That really helps me. :) Good luck!

Thank you for actually telling your story and not just saying "you're stupid...blah, blah, blah. It really is one of the things that turns me off on this site. Being rude will not get your point across well to me. I am eating between 1400-1600 a day and I exercise about 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I did 1200 and lost…

This isn't a food but Thermocare makes a cramp patch. Perfect. In-discrete and stays warm over 8 hours

Well it was yesterday... 1. Fitting into my favorite pair of jeans from 4 years back (pre-baby) 2. Someone actually telling me how good I look. Made me feel great!

You can never, ever ever eat anything bad for you again. You will fall off the wagon and never be able to get back on. Screw you its my birthday if I want some cake I will eat some cake. That doesn't mean I will undo the 41 pounds I have lost. ^It's not really my birthday but you get the gist....

Holy moly! You look fabulous!!!

It's more of I forget my snacks if I am not hungry...

I notice if I don't "cool down" I am much more sore the next day.

I honestly enjoy strength more than cardio. I do 4 days a week strength and 2 cardio.

switch up your routine. I do Jillian Michaels... Day 1 she does the front of your body. So Quads, chest presses, push ups, ect. Day 2 is back of the body - lunges, shoulder presses, ect Day 3 is straight cardio This helps to "rest" the muscles like everyone is telling you to do. Take some advil, ice and let the biceps…

Do it once. See what it is. I am gonna guess a 1/2 cup is a serving

I like bands better than weights. I use them in JMBR. They are awesome
-
Not for me. My *kitten* and thighs are the last to go. lol

7 and 8 are hard but good. By far my least favorite is still 5. I hate the circuit with chest presses, crab, repeat. ugh.

I eat between 250-350 calories for breakfast. Usually I have 2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 an adelles chicken sausage (pineapple bacon is my favorite) or 3 pieces of turkey bacon and dry whole grain toast or omelet with chicken sausage or bacon or smoothie made with fresh fruit, almond milk, almonds and oatmeal. Hope this…

Unsalted nuts and maybe some beef or turkey jerky

I would get healthy, lose weight (only for me not him) and then throw it in his face. He's not good enough to be with you and who would want a set of in-laws that would constantly point out your faults? Good luck, hun!

I notice I drink more water when its really cold. I bought a refillable glass with a straw from Walmart that holds 36 oz. I fill it to the top with ice and then put in water. I also bring ice with me to work. When I really need flavor I add lemon or limes and sometimes Mio (Orange tangerine is my favorite)

Its funny how the scale can hurt so bad. 4 years ago I was 145 and a size 10-12. Today I am 175 and a size 12. This time I am seriously working out. My legs are firmer and smaller. BUT I still hate seeing that 175 on the scale. On the BMI scale I am overweight...actually close to obese. I cannot wait to get into a 12…

I have the same issue. I can really tell that I am packing on the muscle though. I have lost 2 pant sizes. A couple years ago I weighed 145 pounds and was in a size 10. Now I am 175 and in a 12 (and they aren't tight) I would rather look and be healthy and weigh more then be skinny but flabby.
