I feel you! I hvae been doing p90x...actually next Monday is my 90 day mark...I have only lost 14 pounds, I am super bummed but I love the way I feel, so I keep telling myself that! Best of luck to you!!!

The way i do it.....I have a 16 oz bottle and I fill it up 4 times a day. But water is ALL that I drink besides my coffee in the morning.

You are doing great! Are you wearing the same clothes??? When you wear baggy clothes you actually look bigger....maybe buy a new pair of jeans and they will notice. Have faith!!!

No I am the same way....during shoulders and arms or chest, shoulders and triceps I actually pause it run with knees up to burn more calories and get my heart rate up. I am so glad I am not the only one.

I also have endometriosis, I was lucky enough to get pregnant 2 times, but it is continually coming back. I can tell now especially because my periods have been incredibly awful! Thank you so much for posting because I do not want to have another laporscopy and anything that will give me relief is very much appreciated!

I only use them after a workout. It fills me up because I am usually not in the mood to eat a full meal after. I like them for that :)

Have you tried freezing your yogurt or buying frozen yogurt? Blue Bunny has a really good vanilla frozen yogurt for 90 calories!

I do this! I love them I put rosemary and some cajun seasoning and then once they are done baking I throw them in broiler for 2 mins to get crispy.

I guess I should tell you that I also ended up gaining all of it back, I started on the depo shot and gained 35 pounds...it was AWFUL! I dont usually eat a whole lot of fruit but I was eating a banana a couple days in a row and was like WHY ARE MY SUGARS SO HIGH???? lol. Just watch those :)

On your work out days make sure you eat at least 1200 calories, actually every day should be at 1200. Protein shakes are good for a meal replacement.
