I wish I could find it now, but the Couch to 5K on Facebook page posted a link that says how much your running is affected by taking x weeks off. I think if I were in your position I'd probably start at week 5 and see how it goes rather than start at the beginning.

Wow, you're almost done! What are you planning to do after you're done? I've yet to tackle running in really cold weather. Brr!

I finished W1D2 a little wile ago. I'm not sure I like the minute rests, lol. I think I would actually find it easier to just keep jogging, but for now I'm planning on sticking to the program because doing that really helped me with Couch to 5K!

I had to go into Bridge to 10K because having a set program is something I find out I really need to keep up with running. After finishing Couch to 5K (my last day was last Friday) I felt the desire to up the distance, but wasn't sure about it until just this week. Do you want to increase your distance? Better your 5K…
-
I was undecided until the day before yesterday. -_- According to my app I did run the distance, and on Monday I ended up just doing a random jog only I tried going faster. Big mistake! Speed is not for me as it tires me out quickly. :P I've moved on to Bridge to 10K and will be doing the second day today. What are you…

I did my last week or so outside at night and just stuck to the neighborhood. I just kept going round and round. Not so interesting as far as route goes, but it works!

I'm not sure if you have to be a member to see this review, but it's worth it: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/340987215 Spot on review, pretty much. I don't understand how anyone can get turned on by those poorly written sex scenes. Aaaaand I don't understand how anyone would want Grey. :\

Woohoo! You're almost done! :D It's amazing, isn't it, knowing you can jog for that long. I agree about taking it slow. I finished the program last week and yesterday I went faster and my body did not enjoy! It may take longer, but slow and steady is the way to go, I find. Do you have plans for after you finish the program?

I have the Zen Labs Bridge to 10K app (it's free). Awesome feeling, isn't it? Keep it up. :-)
-
That is an awesome time! Congratulations. :D
-
I love that this program gives us the confidence to push further. Way to go! :-)
-
I think it can be whatever you consider graduating. :) I finished the program yesterday and ran 3.24 (or 7, not sure :) miles in 30:42 seconds. :) I really enjoy running now!
-
Ditto the above! It gets better, trust me!
-
You should be! Way to go. :-)
-
I had that happen sometimes when I just started the program. :-)
-
Bumping to read later. :-)

I'll be starting W7D1 on Wednesday. When I started I found it really difficult. Today I was able to complete 27 minutes without stopping! Great program for sure. Feel free to add me. :-)
-
This looks amazing! I could really eat a whole bowl of it right now.

Welcome to the group! Sounds like we're at the same place only I'm using a different app so I'm barely doing the 20 min run in W6D3. Anyway, I agree with you about the program teaching self-confidence. I love that it slowly builds you up to knowing you CAN do it. :-)
-
Bump. :)
-
Awesome! It's really amazing how we progress from not being able to run more than a couple of minutes (if that!). I hear you on uphills, too. Not cool, lol.
-
My 20 min run isn't until next week, but it's so good to hear success stories! Way to go! :-)

I don't typically have those types of people on my list. There are a few people doing the same thing I am (Couch to 5K) and I enjoy the back and forth commenting about that. I don't see the point in keeping people on here who aren't supportive so I'd just delete those who you never hear from, honestly.
-
That's awesome. :-) Keep it up!
-
I'll hopefully be starting on Friday! Can't wait! :D
-
I finished last month, but there's a group here (probably even more than one) where you can add people going through the program. :) Good luck!
-
Awesome job! :D

Could it be that you're pushing yourself too fast? I'm doing Couch to 5K right now and am also not overweight (5'2" 110 lbs) and whenever I do the program I take it really slow. I can definitely see you getting tired if you're pushing yourself too fast.
-
I'm using one of the apps so I go by that and I STILL end up looking at my iTouch in the hopes that whatever interval I'm running will be over soon. ;-)

I hadn't done any consistent exercise for years and jumped into Insanity. I've since finished it and I've kept up with exercise so it definitely worked for me. :) Good luck! I hope you find something that works for you!
