I feel the same thing as well. Great job, though!

I'm starting today (4/19). Anyone still around?

Hi Claudia! I'm a fellow Claudia, also in Colorado! I took a peek at your profile and see you're a speech pathologist. My major was deaf education! I'd like to add you, if that's ok!

High school in 1999 and college in 2004.

I've read that working out your legs is actually a great way to improve your runs. I would personally keep at it!
-
You should be very impressed with yourself! Way to go. :-)
-
That's so awesome, congratulations! It's so amazing to see how far we all come from that first week. This program is great. What will you do next? :-)

When I finished I briefly debated just running, but I found that I needed a structured program so I moved on to Bridge to 10K. I also got the Zombies, Run! app, which I think could prove interesting. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I did W5D1 a couple of days ago after skipping W4. Only one additional minute to each run didn't seem like a big deal so I went ahead and moved on. W5D1 went well until I got a stitch in my side that slowed me down. Not sure if I'll attempt D2 today or leave it for tomorrow.

I hope you got a nice run in! :) Probably more since you posted this. Skipping Week 4 because it's only one additional minute and working on Week 5.

You're definitely not crazy! I think that might be my next goal after I finish 10K training, and I started 5K training at the end of August. I'm a fan of the Couch to 5K page and recently saw a post from someone who either did a half marathon or marathon who had started the program in May. You can definitely do it!

Amazing job, congratulations! After finishing up I moved on to the Zen Labs 10K app. It's more of a Couch to 10K app, but I just started at the week after the final 5K run. So far so good. There's a group here for Bridge to 10K but it's not very active. :(
-
Done with Week 3! My app borked out on me not even halfway through, ugh! Thankfully I had Nike+ going on in the background so it all worked out. Looking forward to week 4!
-
Yay for a zombie run! :D Congratulations on finishing week 1!

Doing well! W11D1 was my best run yet. I ended up going for 6.1 miles in a little over an hour. Today wasn't so great because I kept getting a stitch so I had to stop a couple of times. Paused the workout and just picked up where I left off.

It's afternoon and since I'm a night owl and late rise I just had breakfast a couple of hours ago, ugh. I need to shift my schedule. Anyway, had multigrain Cheerios and a banana. Boring. Hope you all have a great day!

Hi guys! This group popped up for me while I was in another group, and, being Latina, I had to join! I'm not looking to lose any weight, so I hope it's ok that I'm here! I've been thin all my life, but it wasn't until recently that I've started exercising in an effort to be healthy. I love Mexican food! I wish I could make…

I think being signed up for a 5K is great motivation! Good luck with week 2!
-
Well done! I know what you mean about hills! The route I run is full of them. :-) I hope you have a great run on Tuesday! This program is awesome. :)
-
I finished the program as well and during one of my rest days I went on a run with my husband (he hurt his back so he's easing back into running) and we did one day of week 1. I ran to keep up with him, so it was fast for me, and I did NOT enjoy it. Personally I wouldn't try to run as fast as you can, but maybe just faster…
-
Thank you, Jaccy. :) Finished Week 2! My W2D2 was my best run to date. Today was a bit difficult because I needed more water, so I stopped when the lady told me to instead of running through the cooldown. Ready for W3!
-
Congratulations! It's such a great feeling to know you can run for that long. So awesome. I'm doing Bridge to 10K right now! Hope to see you in the group for it on here. It's rather lonely. -_-

Preggo/Preggers Presh for 'precious' and unfortch for 'unfourtunately' Fam bam. I don't even know what the 'bam part of it means. I often see "I'm going to go spend time with the fam bam". What? tho, short for 'though'. Everyone is getting so lazy about words. :P
-
That's great, yay! :D

W2D1 run today was the hardest to date. There are too many little uphills in my neighborhood which slow me way down. I want to move to an area that's flat! Got a stitch in my side at the first 15 minute interval so that slowed me down even further. Hoping for a better run on Wednesday.
-
Congratulations on graduating! Oh, and going an additional 4K? So awesome! Way to go! :D I hope you celebrated. :)

I married my first and only boyfriend as well. :-) That dress is gorgeous. I really like it, especially the ruffles at the bottom. Beautiful. :-)
-
Congratulations!!!!! :D
-
Woohoo! Congratulations. :D

Finished Week 1! Didn't hit 4.2 miles this time because it was suuuuper windy and I took it realllly slow. No regrets. At least now I know that I can still run in winds gusting up to 33 mph. Not sure I'll do that again. -_- Bring it on, Week 2!
