Hi everyone, my name is Claudia!

I'm happy to be here! This year will be a year of change for me. I'll be 47 years old and have to put myself in gear toward a healthier me. I joined this site last January and lost 10 pounds over 5 months. I felt very proud and empowered, but I let conformity get the best out of me and I gained all the weight back and a few more. I'll like to start again and lose 10 pounds plus 10 more. Feel free to add me to your pals and let's encourage each other =0).
