First workout of week 9 conquered.

Ran for 30:30 straight today. I'm proud to say that from day one I have never let myself stop running until the time was up. There were plenty of times that I wanted to believe me, somehow I just kept distracting myself with music or thoughts about... well anything really. Whatever would take my mind off the pain so I could continue on. I've really learned a lot about myself in the past 9 weeks and every run has been a victory. To those of you still in the early weeks or struggling with the long runs, DON'T QUIT! You can do this, it is totally mind over matter. You are the master of your body! As long as you have the will, you can run for longer than you ever thought possible!
