Weight Training while doing C25K

I'm on week 3 of C25K and was wondering if was doing weight training as well. I think my running would go better if I was physically stronger, but I worry that muscle fatigue and soreness from weight lifting will hinder progress in C25K right when it's getting hard anyway. I do squats, lunges, crunches and some work with free weights so far but that it.

  • I've read that working out your legs is actually a great way to improve your runs. I would personally keep at it!
