She's doing well, thanks for asking. She turned 90 on Saturday and has been a very popular woman this week! I didn't get to talk long because my gma and aunt stopped in to see her, but I'm going to visit her today!

I bought a pair of workout pants in my normal size, XL, and they were too big! had to get a Large. It was nice. Also, my wedding ring has been getting loose...I think I might have to size it soon!

RANT: I hate TOM! That combined with my horrific sunburn that is still agonizingly painful has caused me to skip workouts twice the past few days and to overeat yesterday. Yes, it sounds like you love zumba! ;) I'm not sure about the shirt...I see a lot of ppl in class with the same ones that the instructors wear and they did this challenge last summer also, so I'm hoping it's a zumba shirt! I don't have any Zumba gear yet and would love to have some. the pants are so cute!

on level 1 i burn in the 260's and 270's, but it's going to be completely different for everyone based on age, weight, fitness level, etc...I am 5'8, 209 lb, and HR was about 140-150s I think and have done it for 3 days. I Zumba at the YMCA. I love Zumba! I do it on Monday and Friday right now, but they just started the Summer Sweat challenge and if you do 30 classes in June and July, you get a shirt. I'm trying to figure out a way to work more in because I am already doing the shred and jogging on S/T/Th...hmm. Where do you Zumba?

i just started it on the 1st...gonna do day 3 tonight. it is a very hard workout for only 20 minutes and i have been working out for a while. they modify some of the moves and i would suggest doing the modified versions until you get better. also, you might do it with no weights in the beginning...that might make it easier…

i was told by a manager one time that you can always ask for more, that they are supposed to make it how you like it. most of the time they don't seem to mind, but i have had a few ppl act like it's horrible that i'm asking for more spinach. i have them load my sub with spinach.

on the show, the biggest loser, a contestant wasn't able to workout because of some reason and did shadow boxing. just sit and box...he had the biggest losses in the beginning!
