awesome job! i should be getting mine in the mail any day now and can't wait to start. After I ordered it I read some reviews and found that a lot of ppl had trouble with their knees after doing it. I had knee surgery a couple years ago, so that worried me...did you have any issues?

I, too, am dealing with the stresses of being a military wife and mom on top of many other things....it's easy to let it all get you down and stress you out, but you're right! it's not as much about the stresses in life, but how we react to them...tired of letting them defeat…

EA Sports Active and Biggest Loser both have good workouts that get your HR up and get a good sweat out of you! ;) I get a better calorie burn from Biggest Loser, though.

i only count plain water, too, but herbal teas that do not contain caffeine have zero calories or anything and can technically count as water because you are really only adding a flavoring pretty much. Only herbal teas, though, not black or green tea or anything with sugar or anything artificial. :)

Love this! What a sweet and thoughtful daughter you have. I love my kids sponging up my healthy habits too. One of the best things I've heard from them is, "Mommy, what's for dinner?" Me: "Salad" Both kids: "Yum, salad!" Gotta love that! A two year old who loves salad...I know I didn't eat salad at 2!!!
