Holding Myself Accountable...

I recently lost 10 pounds...and gained 6 back. I start to see success...and LIKE what I see...and then I let things like fear, doubt, stress, even happiness (don't ask I don't fully understand that one either haha) start to become excuses for getting off track. Work is stressful...my boyfriend started studying for the Bar exam...I'm getting closer to my goal...all of these things and more are the reasons I have given myself permission to slack in the last month. This post is simply to say that it is time to start holding MYSELF accountable. I am the one who controls what I do, and from now on I will be making the choice to stop "self-sabotaging." So for anyone else out there who may be struggling with this, I say that we push past these walls we have built for ourselves, and accept that we deserve and can achieve our goals.

  • i'm so glad to hear that i'm not the only one struggling with this. i don't know why i do it, but anytime i get close to success, i sabotage myself and then feel like crap after...i have completely wasted the past few months on here because i keep losing and gaining the weight right back! ugh...it sickens me to know where i could have been by now if i stayed consistent...but June is a new month and I will do my BEST to stick with my goals and let myself succeed!!! :)
