I love bodyrock.tv I used to try to go to the gym 5 days a week, but i when i was looking up new exercises on youtube i stumbled across bodyrock.tv and i do it 3 times a week. It is only 12 to 20 min of your day and the workouts really work. I am excited because for the first tie in awhile i am actually seeing results

I am 5'2 and weigh around 134 to 140 its been fluctuating alot this year...that last bit of stomach fat is so hard to get rid of.

I know what you mean, i have been struggling with my weight since 6th grade, was anerexic and bulemic for awhile. I am at a decent weight now, but id like to stay at it and be healthy. Wish you the best of luck :)
