Absolutely! I'm doing this, not just to be skinny, but to be strong. I want to feel amazing, not just look it. Yes, the pounds may come off slower, BUT the inches come off, too. I feel great and I couldn't be happier.

I've been doing this for almost 3 months, and I just recently (2 weeks ago) started seeing results. It takes time. It takes work. It took two months for my meaurements to get smaller. Wait. Breathe, and keep at it. It's hard work, but it's worth it!

I have only lost 9 pounds (weight training), but -I just put on a pair of size 14 jeans - instead of 18 - I can run longer than ever - I don't get tired as fast at work and I can carry heavier things - feels good to carrry my weight (no pun intended)

I'm in! Currently 5'5" 208 lbs. GW: 190. Want to lose weight the healthy way (toning included), wanna be able to run for 30 minutes straight. Train for the Warrior Dash.

My roommate is holding onto a bikini that I don't get to wear until I lose the weight. It's actually a great motivator. Shallow? Yes. Working? Absolutely.

I actually had the dietary habits of a college frat boy. Takeout, processed foods, zero vegetables. Junk food, all the way. Now, I'd rather have a bowl of fruit, yogurt, and granola, rather than chips...although, I do let myself have some of those here and there.
