I've heard alot of people use Glucosamin. But I really don't like taking pills, so when I go to the gym, I put 10 pounds of weight on the leg extension machine. I do 15 reps on each leg, two times. It's a light weight, and it has helped strengthen my knees. Since I've been doing that, I haven't had problems with my knees.

Wow, my problem also, but not just at night! People always say to drink water, but that doesn't help me during the daytime. At night, I do drink hot tea which helps.

I just started a strength training program two months ago, and I love it! This was the first time in my life I've ever joined a gym. When I first joined, I met with the trainer of the gym and told him what I wanted to accomplish.

Hi Deona, I'm kind of new also. I found this app. on my cell phone. You should probably start with completing your profile. It is alot, but once you start using the program, it helps alot.
