I'm 5'4'' and 135. My # goal is 122-127, but truthfully, I'm at the point where I don't care what the number is. My focus is now making my upper thighs(ugh cellulite) and butt look better. If anybody has similar goals, feel free to add!

I think some of you are focusing too much on the cup letter, even when your band size is smaller. Keep in mind that a D on a 32 is NOT the same size D on a 38. The letter comes from band size + inches at chest. Still that aside....I never shopped at victorias secret before but I've learned that their push up swimwear is…

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Stella Rosa Rosso! LOVE it! If any of you live near LA, visit the winery! It's a couple of blocks from USC+LAC and they have a really cute restaurant. It's cheap too! It's $24 for 3 bottles. A little more if you buy one, a little less if you buy 6. edit: i wanted to add that the winery is called the "San…

Hey ladies, since the majority of you are about to start c25k I urge you to bust out the measuring tape before you begin. I didn't lose any pounds during the first 5 weeks but I DID lose inches! Seeing that progress is always fun. :)

I disagree. I believe that if you CAN'T carry a conversation while jogging when you're a couple of miles in, you need to work on your endurance.

I usually head out at 6-6:30 am. If heat is the issue, mornings are amazing. I'm also a fan of just getting it over with, then showering and getting ready for the day ahead.

I'm in! I have 10ish (give or take 5 lbs...pretty much whenever I decide I like my trouble-zone-toosh) to go!
-
Yeah...I'm going to keep shopping at the juniors/misses department. It doesn't matter that I'm 24. Women's section jeans/pants are high waisted and my waist is at least 10 inches smaller than my hips. Odd numbered bottoms fit better. As far as tops...I'm pretty sure anyone over 20 knows the difference between "going out"…

The best advice I can give anyone (especially us with not so much to lose) would be to get some measuring tape to track your progress. You said it yourself that you noticed a difference in your appearance! Celebrate that! Personally I wouldn't care if I actually gained 10 lbs if it LOOKED like I lost these last 10.

I'm totally in! Are you going to make a group or will the new threads be all in the main forum with a tag?

Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it!

I weighed in at 3.8%, just .2lb short of my 4% goal yesterday morning. Ladies, I'd really like for there to be another 4% challenge for August. Has anybody started one yet? The only august one I saw so far was a 10lb August one, but that's just not going to be possible for me. I'm REALLY liking the 4% goals.

I have to lose 2.2....difficult, but not impossible. I'm pretty confident. I think a lot of it is due to high sodium intake as well so losing it shouldn't be as difficult as it would normally be. Also, I'm with Jento140, we should make an August one next week.

it's okay to eat whenever you want, as long as you stay under your calories for the day.

Self: 24 & 5'4'' SW: 167 CW: 137 GW: 127 (but really, I'll probably change it once I get to it) Feel free to add me anyone!

I have less than a pound left to go. I'm thinking if I totally pass the 4% mark for the Monday weigh in, I'll change the goal to a higher percent. :)

Thanks! Your pic is cute aswell! I love doggies!

I don't think it qualifies as a salad at all, but one of my favorite snacks is sliced cucumber, lemon, a little salt, and tapatio. It might be a little high on solidum for some people, but in all fairness the ice cream man even sells this around here (SoCal).

OH! That reminds me! Sears has Ladies Everlast running shorts on sale too! Those super light ones with the built in briefs. I got some for $7.50 on the 4th of July. Totally cute colors! I'll check out TJ MAXX, thanks!

I like them because I like getting it over with. Another thing I LOVE about morning workouts is that I get to record my exercise/calories burned from exercise early on and that extra cushion in my calories is nice to look at. The only reason I started waking up early was when I started c25k (I'm on week 6, repeated a week…

Hey 300 minutes in those few days is awesome! Keep kicking butt! I second your challenge ideas, sounds good to me! I've been meaning to start doing something on my c25k off days, now I'll have a reason!
-
The planning a meal to be under my calorie goal is the only one I've been able to keep. I'm thinking next week I'll alternate pushups and squats on different days so I don't work out the same muscles every single day. :/ How are you doing? edit: I'm not sure how I'm doing on my monthly goal. I'm going to weigh in Monday…

I don't know if I'm a "runner" but I'm trying! I just finished my first 20 minute run earlier today! (doing c25k it's w5d3). I'd love to do the bridge to 10k program after this and then maybe one of those disneyland half marathons. :) Feel free to add me anyone!

Totally down! Lets do this!!

I use the runtastic app.

Lets make our own. Nothing but water/coffee/protein till Monday? Logging in 300 minutes of activity till Monday? Preplan your biggest meal so you make sure there is no going over calorie goals till Monday? Do as many pushups as you can and add 10 every day (doesn't have to be at one time) till Monday challenge? All of…
