I like the caserole too but instead of rolling them, I put lay them flat as if making a mexican lasagna and using them as the noodles, haha! I feel this way when I cut them in squares I get less tortilla per serving.

fricken tortillas man...soooo many carbs!!! I remember reading a thread where somebody was shocked that they have as many carbs as regular bread slices and somebody responded with "well...the carbs aren't hiding in the air pockets...". It totally stuck with me. Oh, and I had coffee and then greek yogurt with pomegranate.

A paintballer trick is to rub toothpaste on the lens and then wipe it off. The invisible residue it leaves behind is anti-fog. In theory it should would for jogging as well. Gluck! :)

You guys are so awesome!! Mine are: 1) Lose 6lbs 2) Jog 30 minutes straight 3) Jog 5k without stopping 4) Educate myself about lifting weights to strengthen these jell-o arms of mine and turn that into a routine.
