Don't give up! Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are exercising and building muscle, that will show. Try staying off the scale... only weigh once a week, early in the morning before breakfast. Good luck!

Don't give up! You've just hit a plateau... keep doing what you're doing and you will drop weight again. I hit my first plateau after I lost 14 lbs. I worked hard for a week and finally started dropping pounds again.

I just started my plan in September. I ride my stationary bike for 20 minutes twice a day, 7 days a week. I have lost 22 lbs. and down two sizes. I guess whatever works for you... Good luck!
