  • Could it be that you have gained on muscle mass? Do you log any measurements? You may find that maybe you've lost inches around, say, the waist but gained hiking muscles? xx

  • Oooh - I do love all the Whittard of chelsea teas; a bit pricey but delicious! I adore the green tea with pomegranate and the acerola cherry, and the apple and elderflower, spiced chai........ I guess the list is very long!!!!!!
