Like most people, banana/apple/granola bars and for protein I usually mix up a Qivana shake. I mostly like the chocolate ones and that can be made with almond milk!

I am a sweetaholic, mostly cakes/pies/cookies! and my sister turned me on to a natural inhibitor to nip that sweet tooth! So I get 2 for 1.
