My bad knees love the Elliptical. I can get some intense HIIT going. I do 5 min warm up and warm down with 90 second intervals for 15 min. The total of 25 min is a great burn and I can use a combination of speed and resistance to really push myself. It works for me and I really enjoy it.

I have been able to cut down on the frequency but some days just deserve some CC on the rocks. I log it when I do. Avoiding the daily drinking certainly allows me to avoid the extra eating calories and frankly be more motivated.

In a non stick pan with a spritz of cooking spray throw 3-4 cups of fresh baby spinach, let it cook with a lid on for 3 minutes. Stir once or so halfway through the cooking time. Hit is with a dose of pepper as you plate it and eat it with an egg white omelet. Yum!

It is the elliptical for me. It is very easy on my bad knees.
