anything that is worth doing doesn't come easy- hang in there! get your mindset healthy as well- it IS hard at times. Try not to think about it as much. will be checking to see how you are fairing

I would eat the snack with the least calories, and try not to over do it. It would be hard for me, because I love grilled food, no so much the beer.:)
