For the most part, my gym is empty, but then again, I got at 5:45AM....Not many people want to workout that early. In a few days all gyms will be empty again :-)

I love piercings and tattoos...I only have my ears pierced, but I have 8 tattoos. My personal preference on tattoos, is only get them if they mean something. Mine signify something that happened in my life or memorials for people. Don't just pick something off the wall, you'll regret it sooner or later.

Ok, so I added 10 extra minutes to my cardio (elliptical machine) and burned an additional 142 calories (grand total 606) and I decided to take the stairs at work (I usually just take them down, but I took the 100 stairs up this morning) and burned another 162 calories....Grand total burned by exercising today 768…

I try to eat normal food but healthy everyday. However, if I want something that isn't good, I wont deprive myself. I do also have one cheat meal per week (never back to back) and I do not track it.

Thank you everyone! It has been a really rough beginning for me. Saturday was my first day in the gym in over 6 months and I burned 300 calories on the treadmill in 45 minutes....It was so sad.
