I don't think you can lose weight by eating chocolate bars and sweets, and no vegetables and fruit.

You're great at tracking! In my opinion, you're eating way too much processed food and therefore your sodium levels are too high. Cut out the processed food and high calorie snacks and get back to basics. Lean meat, fruit and veggies... Don't eat back all your exercise calories. I think MFP over calculates them. Keep it…

You might try tracking your sodium. It seems that you eat a lot of processed foods?

If you opened your diary, perhaps we could gain some insight. A lot of times it isn't how much you're eating, but what you're eating. 1000 calories of processed food is not like 1000 calories of healthy food.

I think if you ate a big more cleanly you'd lose again. I can only speak for myself, but I could not lose weight eating at McDonalds, and Ihop. You are hardly eating any fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the processed foods and get back to clean eating. You'll see a difference.

On the days you are tracking, I think you are eating too much processed food. I don't see many fruits or vegetables or lean protein. Although you are within your calories, you are eating alot of food with empty calories (brownies, pop chips, etc.). You won't lose the weight until you change your eating habits. You are…
