Chlo, I do keto, and I often drink an EAS Carb Control protein shake for breakfast. They are 1-6 g of carb, 16-20 g of protein, and 100-120 calories. They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and caramel. They taste good. I recommend them to anyone.

I would go all in at once. I did and lost 7 lbs the first week, and 3-5 lbs every week since. You can't cheat on it or you won't be in ketosis and won't see results.
