I mix it up at home between: Power 90, P90X, Ten Minute Trainer, Elliptical, Bike, Weightlifting and treadmill. Otherwise I will get burned out on excerises. I take my youngest to the gym on weekends to play basketball.

I have found that I HAVE to workout in the mornings before going to work. Only thing that works with a family.

Been back on it for 2 weeks now. Going up to 3-4 next week. I have P90X as well but can't fit in a hour workout. Power 90 is more time friendly.
