Eat when you're hungry. Sleep when you're tired. That's the way we were made to be. Don't try to control it or you won't know when you're hungry anymore because you'll be too focused on the timing. Your body knows what it needs. Listen to it.

I lost mine for almost a year. Regular exercise and rapid weight loss will cause periods to become lighter or disappear. It's normal to be really light too, but if it doesn't come after a few months see your OB/GYN

Chiefly, you need to drink! Lots and lots and lots of water. Eat light, and eat what you probably wouldn't usually use as a meal... ie a bowl of broccoli, steamed veggies plain, salad with lite or no dressing. No fruit! There really isn't "too much" protein. Unless that's all you eat... But really it is good because it will help he buildup of muscle significantly. It doesn't do any horrible damage and helps you recover from workouts. Carbs are the ones you need to worry about, only if you're not using them.

It really doesn't matter. However, doing it in the morning, if only a little bit, kickstarts your metabolism :)
