I wake up at 4:30 every morning when I set my alarm for 5:00 so now I set it at 4:30

2nd day only did 25 minutes but got 1 mile then I worked out

You can add me, my long term goal is 145lbs but my short term is to get out of the 300s by October 2012 so I'm losing my weight slowly after 299. I love working out and look for people who like the same. We can motivate each other.

don't get me wrong, the Net Calories Consumed* / Day are right on, its just that i googled my weight and moderate intensity for an elliptical and the calculations for 30 minutes were between 350 and 400 calories. I'm closer to taking the hrm over mfp's since they are about 300 off compared to the hrm being at 375

I always do a split. cardio in the am and weights or calisthenics after work.

I use mine 5 to 6 times a week from 30 to 60 minutes. I have VEVO on my Iphone and watch videos. I had the perfect playlist until my last update. now i'm building another one.

i used to have that problem when i first started using my elliptical. I started raising my heel of my feet at different times or moving my feet forward and backwards to get the blood flowing. hope it helps
