I just started doing crossfit 2 weeks ago & LOVE it. I don't understand why there are so many nay-sayers that just seem to keep bashing it. You've stated your opinion, so just move on.

I just started doing Crossfit 4 weeks ago at my local box. Everyone is required to do the 2 week (6 session) training course to learn the fundamentals. I "graduated" to the regular WODs on October 8. I like wasabi peas & pumpkin seeds (in moderation), chickpeas, lentils, strawberries, bean sprouts in addition to everything else that was mentioned!

Yum...that all sounds amazing. I like Dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes. I usually zap 2 of them & put them ontop of my salad. I also enjoy the quinoa salad.
