  • My resting metabolic rate has been tested and measured at 1150. I eat around 900 - 1200 calories a day and am rarely hungry. I burn around 400 calorie on average per day through exercise, if I get hungry I drink water, eat large salads and eat protein- lean ham, chicken etc. I don't understand why I need to burn calories…
