I have acid reflux and gerds, so I know how much it sucks to have to give certain things up. Caffeinated tea really is your best option if you still want a "coffee" experience. Also, I found that cold coffee (iced coffee or frapps) doesn't agitate my reflux as bad as hot coffee does.

Also, I just read an article for a bubble gun that comes with bacon-flavored bubbles. They were advertising it as "GREAT for your small dog or child!" I don't know what's greater.. that sentence, or bacon bubbles.

I am the same way! I tend to overdo it MORE with the healthier cereals (Kashi especially! And Multi-grain cheerios) than the normal ones. I also can't really keep nuts of any kind in the house either, because I can eat them like potato chips. Or, any kind of flavored yogurt. I have to keep plain or vanilla greek yogurt…

I have finally gotten to a point where I am only using 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of creamer in my coffee, and enjoying it that way! I've cut so many calories off of my breakfast and I'm so proud! (just fyi - I was doing 3 tbsp of each at one point!)
