That's a good question. I did WW for a while to and I relied on those extra calorie points for when I oops!'d or went out with friends. There used to be a program called "diet workshop" where you could "bank your calories" if you were saving up for something. If it worked for diet workshop and for a well known program like…

I agree. I did weight watchers for a while and they let you count water based drinks as water.

I did WW for about a year and lost about 30 lbs, but then gained it back. I find the point system restricting, plus there is the added step of converting calories to points. I like counting calories better because those 35 WW points are added into each day of the week, so you get to eat a little more each day.
