Hello, I'm new and I am trying to focus on exercise as I haven't done any in an embarrassingly long time! Eating OK but my negative brain has been stopping me from exercising. Decided it has to stop, so, I started the squat challenge today with added light hand weights (2kg x2) 50 squats done!
